I have chosen the wrong time of year to leave Bangalore and return to London. I’m going to miss the bright sunshine, the splashes of colour on every street.
There are a lot of sounds and smells that I definitely will not miss! But to be fair to India, there was a beautiful scent of jasmine in my garden last night.
No. My husband has nearly finished his job in India, so I am leaving for good this weekend! It has all happened very fast. My blog is now an oasis in a mad life of packing and moving.
Your photographs are stunning! I am looking forward to seeing a bit of your London experience now. I visited there for the first time last summer, and found it very beautiful, as every great city is. Especially the parks. But we were lucky because it didn’t rain even once.
And we’ll miss these photos 😉

I know exactly what you mean. Everything is at full-volume in India: the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the hideous.

I live near Marylebone High Street and St Christopher’s place. They usually look good at Christmas.
